John Koch Appointed as Environmental Health and Safety Manager for CTB Inc.

Summary:
John Koch has been appointed as the environmental, health, and safety manager for CTB Inc., as announced by Michael J. Kissane, the company’s executive vice president and chief administrative officer. Koch brings 15 years of experience, having previously served as the senior environmental, health, and safety manager for a major recreational vehicle manufacturer in Elkhart. His responsibilities included managing safety programs across 10 locations and ensuring OSHA compliance. Koch also served as a combat engineer/specialist in the Army National Guard, including a three-year deployment to Iraq.
Educationally, Koch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in insurance and risk management from Indiana State University and multiple Master’s degrees from Columbia Southern University in occupational health and safety management, organizational leadership, human resources, and business administration. Originally from Niagara Falls, N.Y., Koch now resides in Winona Lake.
